Welcome the e-Buddies E-mail Trainer! The Trainer is a free online tool designed to help provide support to new e-mail users with intellectual disabilities to help them use e-mail more independently.

The Trainer provides self-paced audio and video prompts as the user navigates their e-mail account. If this is your first time using the Trainer, please click here to read some quick instructions.
