Sometimes when I try to write to my buddy, the email comes back to me with an error message. Can you tell me why this happens?
Confused in Cali
Dear Confused in Cali,
There are a couple of reasons why you might be receiving an error message. The first thing is you need to make sure that you are emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Sometimes people do .com instead. Another reason could be that you are emailing from a different email account than the one you registered to e-Buddies with. Some people have more than one email account and don't realize that they can't email their e-Buddy from both. Make sure you are emailing with the one you signed up with. If you can't remember which one, feel free to ask me and I can check for you. Another great way to avoid error messages and confusion, is to just email from the community. Go to www.ebuddies.org and sign in. You can email from here and your buddies email address is already there, you don't even have to enter it!
