Dear Friend,

Summer is my favorite season, so when late August changes in light and temperature hint that the end of summer is beginning, I get wistful, wishing summer would linger longer.

What shifts my mood is when I see the number of e-mails exchanged by our members each day increase, as it has started doing as schools open their doors for the start of another year. It’s time to re-establish your friendship by sending an e-mail telling your e-Buddy all about your fun summer. Or, it may be time to start a new friendship. Our staff does a great job of keeping up when members stop communicating, but if we have overlooked you, let us know.

And, no matter the season, know how glad I am to have you as part of e-Buddies.
