The e-Buddies Community

Have you logged into the e-Buddies Community lately? If so, you have probably noticed some changes.

In an effort to make e-Buddies even better, we have updated the design of the e-Buddies Community, most notably to the E-mail Center. We hope to add even more features, such as picture sharing, to the Community in the future, so stay tuned!

If you have misplaced your login information, please contact us!

Suspending Your Match

Will you be unable to check your e-mail over the holidays? Please let us know by suspending your match! This will help us ensure that your match stays active while you are away.

You can do so by logging into the e-Buddies Community and clicking on the “View Status” button. Then, under “Suspend Your Match,” simply enter in the dates through which you will be unable to e-mail – the system will make a note in our records and send your e-Buddy an e-mail to let them know!
