Check out the e-Buddies Community!

Have you been looking for a way to connect with other e-Buddies participants? Check out the e-Buddies Community! Here are some of the great features you will find:

  • Connect with other e-Buddies participants through the e-Buddies Message Boards.
  • Check on the status of your e-Buddies match
  • E-mail your e-Buddy from anywhere, even if you don't have access to your regular e-mail account!
  • If your school or work computer has a firewall that won't allow you to check your personal e-mail, the “E-mail Buddy” tool can be a useful alternative for contacting your e-Buddy.

Please remember to be careful to not share personal information on the message boards.

Security Reminder: E-mail Attachments

Just a quick reminder: according to the e-Buddies Code of Conduct, e-Buddies participants are not permitted to send e-mail attachments, including pictures, to their e-Buddy.

One reason for this is that e-mail attachments can sometimes contain computer viruses; by clicking on any e-mail attachment, there is a risk that you could be exposing your computer to a virus.

Before you open ANY attachment, always make sure that you are certain that the attachment was sent from someone you know. If possible, scan that file with a fully updated anti-virus program. Never open attachments from people you don’t know!
